In 1980, EKATO developed the first patented forced oxidation
lance system, which replaced the formerly used sparge
grid and represents today the "State of the Art".
This development increased the efficiency of oxidation
air and at the same time reduced the investment and maintenance
costs.
In 2000, EKATO introduced a further improved forced oxidation
system, the EKATO WINGJET O2, which increases the air
dispersion capability considerably.
Additionally, the optimized design of the EKATO WINGJET
impeller improves the anti-wear ability which leads
to a longer service lifetime.
